I'm a stay-at-home dad. My wife has the career that pays the bills, I've got the kids most of the day, and somewhere in the gaps, I still game.

That's the whole premise of this site. Every review here gets written, tested, or seriously researched by someone who doesn't have unlimited free time to play with. Gear gets judged on how it holds up to short, interrupted sessions, not a weekend marathon nobody with kids actually gets.
